Weather Policy

Arts on the Ave is scheduled for May 17, with a rain date of May 31.

The safety and enjoyment of our attendees, artists, and vendors is our top priority. If the forecast predicts inclement weather—including but not limited to:
- Sustained rain for more than an hour
- Sustained winds
- Prolonged lightning storms
- Declared “weather emergency” from a governmental agency
the festival will be postponed to the rain date of May 31.

Our team will make every effort to announce a decision about moving the event to the rain date by Wednesday, May 13.

If the rain date is used, the festival will take place at the same location and follow the same general schedule.
